Hand in hand, a young couple drove up from New York City to visit friends in the Hudson Valley. These mountains have a way of captivating your soul and once here, they knew this was their spot to roost. With the city life behind them, they were ready to enjoy the return to nature and got some chickens. They made friends with a local egg farmer up in the Catskills and discussed their egg surplus when the light bulb went on... "We should sell eggs!"
