Hand in hand, a young couple drove up from New York City to visit friends in the Hudson Valley. These mountains have a way of captivating your soul and once they arrived in New Paltz, they knew this was their spot to roost. With the city life behind them, they were ready to enjoy nature and raised some chickens. They made friends with a local egg farmer up in the Catskills and discussed their egg surplus when the light bulb went on... "We should sell eggs!" This was the start of Drew & Phyllis Kruger's Hudson Valley Egg Company.

 

Hudson Valley Egg Co. has come a long way from the days of selling eggs out of our station wagon. Our 40+ years of service have allowed us to expand our delivery areas and products offered. Now we distribute everything you need for an outstanding breakfast, the essentials for your bakery & fresh products for your deli, restaurant or market.
